GENEVA – Mrs. Elsie May Blanchard, 101, of Canandaigua, formerly of Geneva, passed away on Saturday, May 5, 2018 in the M. M. Ewing Continuing Care Center in Canandaigua. A graveside service was held in Glenwood Cemetery. was born in Minnapolis, Minn, and resided in Geneva for several years before moving to Canandaigua a few years ago. She was the daughter of the late Marcel and Jessie Mary Middleton Moraud. She was a former member of Our Lady of Peace Parish. Elsie was a college professor at Weston College in Oxford, Ohio. She was a graduate of Rice University and the University of Texas. She is survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
